LA CUINA DE LA TERRISSA, where two emblematic pieces of ceramics have been reproduced: "Cartabó" (almond cake stuffed with chocolate cream) and "Espiral" (sponge cake stuffed with raspberries and covered with crème brûlée).

RECEPTES DE L'ÀVIA, where old-fashioned cakemaking specialities have been recreated: "la Caputxina", "els Pics de mantega", "dàtils farcits de massapà" (dates stuffed with marzipan), "la Cirera" (cherry), "Flamet de cafè" (coffee flam) and "Menjar blanc".

Interview in the radio program "ONA GIRONA" 95,1 FM "La Cuina del producte" by Pep Noguer. In this interview we spoke about the "brunyols de l'Empordà" (a kind of sweet Yorkshire pudding).
