have been recreated: "la Caputxina", "els Pics de mantega",
"dàtils farcits de massapà" (dates stuffed with
marzipan), "la Cirera" (cherry), "Flamet de cafè"
(coffee flam) and "Menjar blanc".

Interview in the radio program "ONA GIRONA" 95,1 FM "La
Cuina del producte" by Pep Noguer. In this interview we spoke about
the "brunyols de l'Empordà" (a kind of sweet Yorkshire
pudding).

On May 10th a German television channel visited us to film a documentary
for a tourism program about the Costa Brava.

The TV3 ENDIRECTE (19.00 h.) team visits the PASTISSERIA SANS to make
a documentary about the cakes for Sant Joan.
