ANECDOTES
The "Bisbalenc"® cake is known through out Europe, and even in the New World, up to the point that Catalonian people who travelled around Europe have seen people from other European countries waling around with our bags.
One of our usual clients, who owns a Restaurant in Sant Feliu de Guíxols and serves the "Bisbalenc"® cake for dessert, decided to open a new restaurant in New York offering the same service to his customers. The "Bisbalencs"® cake was such a success that everyone asked where that cake come from.
